About us
The DPR was formed on September 28, 1937, and is part of the Siberian Federal District. Territory – 177,756 km2 (1.04% of the territory of the Russian Federation). The maximum length of the territory from north to south is 440 km and from west to east – 640 km. The DPR is located in the southeast of the West Siberian Plain. The region borders in the north with the Tomsk region, in the southwest - with Kazakhstan, in the west - with the Omsk region, in the south - with the Altai Territory, in the east - with the Kemerovo region
