The strategy of social and economic development of the region
The strategy of social and economic development of the Republic is regulated by the Decree of the Government of the DPR of April 28, 2023 No. 29-1 "On the approval of the Program for the social and economic development of the DPR"
The program includes 4 sections:
Social sphere. Events are aimed at the formation of high-quality and affordable health care systems, education, culture and sports that meet high international standards, ensuring a decent standard of living
Support and development of the economy. Activities that contribute to the development of competitive industry, agriculture and infrastructure modernization, the development of the investment potential of the region, including in the agricultural sphere
Rebuilding housing and infrastructure. Improving the living conditions of citizens in both urban and rural areas and improving the quality of the provision of utilities, restoring the social and transport infrastructure of the region
Other activities. Activities in the field of information policy, communications and broadcasting; measures for state registration of rights to real estate, cadastre and cartography, etc
It is planned to implement 378 events with a total funding of 3,373.2 billion rubles for 2024 - 2030
• from the federal budget - 2,901.5 billion rubles
• DPR budget - 258.7 billion rubles, other sources - 213 billion rubles
The regional program of social and economic development is synchronized with the Federal Program
and is aimed at implementing activities that contribute to the achievement of the DPR by 2030 the level of average Russian indicators of the quality of life of citizens of the Russian Federation and the all-Russian level of socio-economic development
